What if I forget to
put my garbage out on the curb on my scheduled pick
up day?
If you forget to place your can curbside, the driver
will walk down your driveway and get the can as long
as it is left outside. If your can is not outside, please
call the office and we will see if we can schedule a
special pick up.
Do I get charged if I do not have
my can out?
If you are on vacation and call more than 24 hours prior
to your scheduled pick up day, you will not be charged
for that day of service.
What should I do if all my garbage
doesn’t fit in the bin? Is there an extra charge?
Put the bagged garbage on top or alongside of the can.
You will not be charged for the bag. If you find that
you frequently have additional garbage that does not
fit in your can, please call the office and we will
drop off a larger bin for you.
What is recyclable? What should I
recycle?
Many items can be recycled, including plastics,

All garbage is delivered to WLSSD’s processing

up from December 28 to January 10 at no extra charge
to our customers. Simply leave your Christmas tree by
